A friendly staff but issues inside

Upon arrival, front desk staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, making the check-in process feel effortless. The location was perfect for my needs.

However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The shower drain was blocked, and the towels had stains. It really needed better maintenance.

the bathroom was a bit cramped. but the check-in was easy and fast. hot water was perfect and instantly available. comfy beds and clean linens made the night pleasant. free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch!

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend trip

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the cozy atmosphere and the complimentary breakfast that hit the spot. The indoor pool and fitness center were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

Had a decent stay here. The location was great. super close to the freeway and some nice shopping. The staff was really friendly, and I gotta say, the housekeeping was on point! One bummer was the giant spiders in the outdoor lights—yikes! Overall, just what I needed for a quick trip.

Average Stay with Room for Improvement

During my recent stay, I encountered dirty facilities that dampened my experience. The heater barely worked, making for an uncomfortable night. On the upside, the front desk staff were friendly.

The room had a lot of outlets for charging devices, which was very convenient. Wifi connectivity was strong, allowing me to work without interruptions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome right away. During my visit, I found the room to be clean and well-maintained, something essential for a pleasant stay.

However, some areas could benefit from more attention to detail, especially in the bathroom.

Solo traveler must experience

First, check in was smooth, clerk was super helpful and even had tips for a concert I was going to. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, a rarity in this price range.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know what, it was worth it.

my stay at red roof inn was great! the room was super clean and comfy. it was conveniently located just off i-90, making my trips to and from the cleveland clinic a breeze. the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially when they gave me fantastic restaurant suggestions. i really appreciated the close gas station and store next door too.

This place had the biggest hotel room I've seen! Super spacious with comfy beds. Plus, it felt very safe around here.
